4. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

4.1 Eligibility and Application

Coupon codes and promotional discounts are valid only for purchases made through the HYR Auto Parts website. Discounts apply solely to the merchandise subtotal and do not apply to shipping fees, taxes, handling fees, or other non-product charges.

Where applicable, discounts may be allocated proportionally across eligible items in an order based on each item's original pre-discount price.

4.2 Usage Restrictions

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

• Only one coupon code of the same type may be used per order. • Coupon codes may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers. • Coupon codes are subject to expiration dates and minimum purchase requirements calculated based on the pre-discount merchandise subtotal. • Coupon codes are limited to one use per customer/account unless otherwise specified. • Coupon codes have no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, reproduced, or redeemed for cash.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Full or partial refunds will not result in the return or reactivation of the discount code. The code may not be reused.

4.4 Fraud Prevention and Reservation of Rights

Coupon codes and promotional offers are intended solely for personal use by eligible customers. Any abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, bulk purchasing, unauthorized distribution, or manipulation of promotional programs is strictly prohibited.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or another mutually agreed location. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any claims not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

HYR reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases. HYR shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access.
